Professional Experience:

Practising as Barrister and Chartered Arbitrator at 3 Paper Buildings in London, specialising in building and construction disputes and professional negligence cases involving architects, surveyors and engineers. As a Chartered Quantity Surveyor, I am able to utilise my professional experience and expertise from the industry together with my legal expertise in dealing with complex construction disputes.
I sit as an arbitrator, adjudicator and mediator in a variety of construction related disputes. I advise parties and act as an advocate in litigation, arbitration, adjudications and mediations. Recent cases include an appointment as sole Arbitrator by the ICC in Paris, appearing for the Claimant in arbitration in Hong Kong and undertaking an Early Neutral Evaluation on a £60 million dispute on a PFI project.
